■ VRIL [Live] ■ Berlin-based Vril, amassed a following in 2011 when his track “UV” appeared on Marcel Fengler’s Berghain 05 compilation. He also garnered the attention of Marcel Dettmann in 2014 when he ended his fabric 77 mix with “Torus XXXII,” taken from Vril’s Torus LP. He has since continued to release music with Semantica and Giegling and brings his stunning live sets to venues across the world.
■ JULIA GOVOR ■ Julia Govor made her debut performing in a small military town in Abkhazia where she frequently played cassettes at the local nightclub. In 2000, she moved to Temruk in South Russia where she played CDs and mixed on a Vestax PMC01A. In Moscow, Govor would perform at the legendary Arma17 and across venues in Europe. A few years later, Govor relocated to New York.
■ DASHA REDKINA ■ Berlin-based Dasha Redkina is known for her cinematic and polyrhythmic, experimental sets. Born and raised in Russia, Redkina is a resident of Moscow’s infamous ARMA17 club and has played across the UK and Europe.
■ RELAXER ■ Founded in 2016, Relaxer is the experimental project of Daniel Martin-McCormick. McCormick infuses lush techno with punk undertones, soothing melodies, and eery basslines. He premiered his hardware live set at Berghain in 2017 and has since performed at De School, Sustain-Release, Institut fuel Zukunft and more. He currently lives and works in New York City, where he manages label Lovers Rock Recordings.
